We have been serving South Florida since 1970, We are very different from the big box brands you see advertising on TV, they are not contractors, they are financial institutions masked as contractors. Everyone at Total Appliance & A/C is a Total Employee, trained, insured, and monitored by us! But best of all, no subcontractors, you can be rest assured you have a technician coming from a contractor that has been in business for over 50 years, not a third party. We are licensed in Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical, and are bonded with the state. We carry all the necessary insurance policies as well as an umbrella policy and can provide specialized COI's if requested. We have over 70 trucks roaming around South Florida that each have a specific truck stock for the service they are conducting, meaning that the truck coming for that specific repair, should have the correct part on the truck to perform the repair the first time around.
