The H&S story H & S Personal Car Service, Inc. was first established in 1994. Howie and I started our business 26 years ago after moving down from New York. Our objectives then and now have been to provide Palm Beach with personal driver and corporate transportation services to our customers that were professional, reasonable and most importantly on a personal basis. Due to the quality of our drivers, cars and service, our reputation has flourished in to a respectable business that is here to stay. Our fleet is commercially insured, licensed as well as permitted to operate at the airports as well as the seaports. I personally take pride in knowing my customers as well as efficiently and safely scheduling our drivers. The majority of our Palm Beach personal drivers have been with our company for many years. Our integrity and promptness of our drivers is what makes us better than the rest. Yes, there are other car companies that may provide supposedly the same service.
