"Exterior Services: Pressure wash thoroughly removing all mildew, loose paint and chalking from top to bottom, Seal and waterproof all stucco for strong bonding and to protect against Florida weather, Sand, scrape and prime, as well as, fill in any holes in all wood areas as needed, Caulk all windows and surrounding doors, Cover all windows and landscaping, We provide color books to assist with color selection, Apply paint with both a sprayer and roller to ensure proper coverage, Apply a satin finish to ensure a longer ​lasting paint job that is easier to maintain/clean. Interior painting: Careful set up with your fine furnishings in mind. Floors will be covered with paper, plastic and drops. Ceiling fans and fixtures will be covered. Electrical outlets will be removed prior to painting. Holes and surfaces will be filled/repaired. Any stains on walls or ceilings will be sealed prior to painting to prevent bleed through. Cleaning will be done to customers satisfaction.
